Innocence.. a divine golden summer ale, crisp and refreshing... and their port stout(Inncognito)... exceptional, full of flavour.. both jointly my beer of the year.
I had the luck to find one of your beers last night. I wanted to let you know that it was a splendid pint... The brew was Inntrigue by the way. Excellent!
Just to say how impressed I am by your beer range. Its a pleasure to meet people who understand beer and its complexities and who also can provide such good products.
Had a pint of Inncognito. Just wanted to say this is a fabulous beer and I'm not the only one who thinks so as the landlord told me it was his best seller.

“Malt is barley (or other grain) that has been kiln dried and heated, sometimes to the point of roasting, to provide the fermentable sugars that are required to make real ale.”
Our malt is sourced from local malthouses, chosen for its depth of flavour, its colour and its quality. As a company we are committed to using organic products where possible and supporting our local farmers.
“Hops are used to add stability and flavouring to beer, balancing the sweetness of the malt with bitterness.”
Our hops are chosen for their freshness and unique flavour, be it grassy, floral, citrus, spicy or earthy. We aim to match the best hop for the job, whether it is for a highly hopped India Pale Ale, a citrus Golden Ale or the subtleness required for our Port Stout.
In our search for perfection we have used impeccably sourced hops and malts, yeast and of course, water, fresh from the Plain, that has been sifted through the ancient stone. Our inspirational beers are born out of a passion for all that is pure and natural. We have searched for purity and combined this with the elusiveness that is the mystical and ancient Chalk Down to produce ales that are as complex as the ancient Plain and as pure as perfection itself.
