We took our inspiration for this special ale from the towering spire of Salisbury's 13th Century Cathedral which dominates Constable's famous watermeadows and Sarum's ancient barrows. Our number one selling Ale in the Plain Ales range is a bitter with just enough power and complexity to make it interesting and yet enough restraint and simplicity and an
ABV of 4.0% making it an easy drinking beer for all occasions. A special blend of malts delivers an initial depth of flavour, closely followed by a delicate bitterness and hints of citrus and flora from the
selected hops, with a rich copper colour and a complexity that avows its name this is an ale by which to be truly inspired.
In keeping with the longevity of Salisbury's magnificent spire Plain Ales Innspiration is here to stay.

helped to make this dark ruby porter as sublime as the
winter solstice and as sensual as the stones
over which it presides. The taste buds are
flooded with the pleasures of winter: hot
chocolate, toffee and a lingering reminder
of autumn past with the last berries and
dark warming 'coffees with a shot' around
the bonfire.
