Brewing is an art form and we were very lucky to have the opportunity to employ a true Artist. Jim Stoddart came to us in July 2010 from Surrey Hills Brewery and by October had won his first award with Inncognito at the East Dorset CAMRA Festival. With three fermenters and an increase in floor space by taking on another two units we are now able to brew 130 plus barrels a week and also to stock beer (and cider) from other local breweries for distribution. Our ale is drunk in pubs from as far North as Preston and as far South as St Ives, Cornwall. You can find us in London, Birmingham and even in Stavanger, Norway!
